Your Privacy Choices

Here is how to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, as those terms are defined under some US state privacy laws.

What this covers

We never sell or rent customer lists. However, like most online shops, we use the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. Some state laws, such as California's, call that "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you have the right to opt out.

Three ways to opt out

1. Global Privacy Control: if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we honour it automatically as an opt-out for that browser.
2. Cookie settings: where a cookie banner appears, you can decline marketing and analytics cookies. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
3. Email us: send a note to info@larchsong.com saying "Do not sell or share my personal information", along with the email address you use with us. We will apply it to your records.

Other requests

You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within the time the law allows. We may need to confirm your identity first, usually by writing back to the email address on your order. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.

Newsletter

Each newsletter ends with an unsubscribe link, and a single click takes you off the list.

No penalty

Using any of these choices will never affect the price you pay or the service you receive.
