Terms of Service

These terms explain how shopping at Larchsong works, what you can expect from us and what we ask of you in return. Please give them a read before you order a blanket.

1. About us

The Larchsong website and online shop are operated by HONOUR EXPERT LIMITED. In these terms, "Larchsong", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys from it. Our registered address is:

2. Age and eligibility

To place an order you need to be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher. Ordering confirms you can form a binding contract. Younger visitors may look around, but a parent or guardian should make any purchase.

3. Your account

You can check out as a guest. If you choose to create an account, keep your login details private, give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for orders placed through it. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Our blankets, colours and sizes

We sell plush printed pet blankets in three sizes. We photograph and describe every design as faithfully as we can, but screens show colour differently, so the shade in your home may differ slightly from what you saw online. Sizes are approximate and plush fabric can vary by a small margin from one blanket to the next. Product images may include pets, furniture and props that are for styling only and are not included.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and depend on the size you choose. Shipping is added at checkout: a $7.99 flat rate, or free for orders of $100 or more. Orders delivered outside the United States may attract import duties or local taxes, which the recipient pays. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed when you place an order is the one you pay. If a pricing error slips through, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders and acceptance

When you click to pay, you are offering to buy the blankets in your bag. After checkout we send an email acknowledging it; the contract forms when we dispatch your blanket and send shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout and our payment partners. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. More detail is on our Payment & Security page.

8. Shipping, delivery and risk

We ship worldwide with tracking. Estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy; they are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of the goods and the risk of loss pass to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Please double-check that address, because we cannot redirect a parcel once it is on its way.

9. Returns and refunds

You may return a blanket within 30 days of delivery, including when you have simply changed your mind. The details are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of the place you live.

10. Intellectual property and our trademark

Everything on this site, including artwork, print designs, photographs, text, graphics and the look of the pages, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our designs onto other products, resell our images or use our content commercially without written permission. Larchsong is a trademark owned and operated by HONOUR EXPERT LIMITED. Please do not use the Larchsong name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.

11. Using the site properly

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to break its security, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, placing fraudulent orders, posting unlawful or offensive material, or interfering with other shoppers. We may restrict access for anyone who does.

12. Links to other websites

Our site may link to third-party websites, such as a carrier's tracking page or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

13. Disclaimers

We take care to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Our blankets are soft furnishings for pets and people to rest on; they are not toys, not fire-resistant bedding and not designed to be chewed. Please supervise pets who chew fabric and remove a blanket that becomes damaged.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. For any claim tied to an order, the most we will owe you is the sum you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

15. Indemnity

You agree to compensate HONOUR EXPERT LIMITED and its staff for losses, claims and reasonable costs that arise because you breached these terms or misused the site.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of the Hong Kong SAR have jurisdiction over disputes, without taking away any mandatory protection you have as a consumer where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first; most problems are settled quickly that way.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the policies they mention, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and your purchases, and replace any earlier understanding. A delay on our part in enforcing any term does not mean we have waived it.
