Return & Refund Policy

If a blanket is not right for your home or your pet, you have 30 days to send it back, even if you simply changed your mind. No restocking fee, no fuss.

The short version

• 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
• Change of mind is fine.
• No restocking fee.
• Email us first, then post the blanket to our registered address.
• Your refund is processed promptly once the return has shipped.

What can come back

For a full refund, the blanket should be unused and unwashed, free of pet hair, with any tags still attached, ideally in its original packaging. We understand you may need to unfold it and see it on the sofa; that is fine. We just cannot accept blankets that a pet has slept on, for hygiene reasons.

How to return a blanket

1. Email us at info@larchsong.com with your order number and the blanket you are returning. A reason is helpful but not required. Our customer service email is available 24/7.
2. We reply with a confirmation and the return address, which is our registered company address:

3. Pack it up and post it with a tracked service, then send us the tracking number.

Please do not send a return before emailing us, as parcels that arrive without notice can take longer to match to an order.

Refunds

As soon as your return has shipped and you have sent us the tracking number, we process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, the money can take several working days to reappear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. Return postage is paid by you unless the blanket arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your blanket arrives damaged, with a printing fault, or is not the design or size you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? The quickest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would rather we handle it, just ask in your email.

Gifts

Gift recipients can return too. Email us with the order number or the name of the person who ordered, and we will refund the original payment method.
