Our checkout runs on Shopify, one of the most widely used commerce platforms in the world, so your payment is handled with the same protection as millions of other shops.

Ways to pay

We accept the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and other methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available. The exact options you see at checkout depend on your country and device.

How your payment is protected

• Every page of our site and checkout is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Card payments are processed by certified payment processors that meet the PCI DSS security standard.
• We never see or store your full card number.
• Fraud checks run automatically on each order to protect you and us.

Currency

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a foreign transaction fee.

When you are charged

We collect payment the moment your order goes through. If we cannot fulfil any part of it, we refund that amount to your original payment method.

If you see a charge you do not recognise or get an email claiming to be from us that looks suspicious, please email info@larchsong.com before clicking any links. We will never ask for your card details or password by email.
