Shipping Policy

We send blankets worldwide with tracking. Shipping is $7.99 flat, and free on every order of $100 or more.

Shipping costs

Two large blankets, or a large with a medium, already clear the free-shipping mark.

How long it takes

These are typical times after dispatch, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. When your parcel leaves us, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it.

Duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient. They are not included in our prices or shipping cost.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can correct it until the parcel is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will arrange to resend it once the shipping cost is covered.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for a while or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email info@larchsong.com. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is truly lost, send a replacement or refund. Our customer service email is available 24/7.
